The quality of the work was fine, but other things were problematic. I scheduled them to install a smart lock for me. First, the locksmith didn’t show up at the scheduled time, and when I called them, they said they didn’t even have me on the schedule.
When he did show up, it only took about 20 minutes to install the lock, which was great. But I was then charged more than the original quote. When I asked about it, the locksmith just kept repeating the price.
